Assistant Manager, Corporate Communications & Public Relations (Job Ref. No.: CCPR/AM/18409/W)

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate strong relationship with both traditional and online media, plus social platforms; pitch thematic, event-based and service-based stories to generate positive PR coverage 
  • Prepare the content management and the copy writing for corporate communications materials such as website, corporate brochure, press release, pamphlets, posters, newsletters and annual report
  • Assist the Manager to supervise and review all corporate communications and marketing programmes
  • Assist in the preparation of sales & marketing presentations and service proposals
  • Ensure the organization’s practice complies with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and Trade Description Ordinance related to marketing issues
  • Provide support to various departments for service promotion and PR
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by Manager, CCPR

Requirements:

  • Degree in Communications/Marketing/Public Relations/Journalism with at least 3 years’ proven working experience 
  • Excellent content management, writing, editing, presentation and communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of all media platforms and analytics tools
  • Knowledge of social media applications and design is an advantage
  • Multi-tasking, dynamic and creative
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Committed and willing to work for a Christian not-for-profit organization
