Service Manager, Medical & Health (Job Ref. No.: PMCS/SM/18446/W) |
|
Responsibilities:
- To oversee the overall administrative/ operational matters of the medical clinics and health projects under the Preventive Medicine & Clinical Service (PMCS) division
- To drive service development and continuous quality improvement
- To provide sound financial, human & physical resources, and administrative management in achieving the objectives of the service division
- To develop and maintain proper operation guidelines and procedures
- To monitor the compliance of relevant regulations, policies, guidelines and manuals as set out by relevant authorities
- To lead and supervise the team of clinical staff to fulfil service and community needs
Requirements:
- Degree holder and registered nurse
- Post graduate qualification in public health, health management or business administration an advantage
- At least 7 years post-qualification relevant experiences, of which not less than 4 years at managerial level
- Hands-on experience in management of health promotion projects and NGO healthcare settings preferred
- Mature and responsible with excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Highly collaborative and attention to details
- Ability to organize work in a busy working environment, meet all reporting requirements and deadlines
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Commitment to align with the vision and mission of UCN as a Christian not-for-profit organization
