Community Rehabilitation Service

The Community Rehabilitation Service (CRS) was set up by the United Christian Medical Service in 1994, and has been merged under the umbrella of UCN since April 2013. The professional team of CRS including speech therapists, occupational therapists and physiotherapists provide one stop outreach community rehabilitation services to public and private community service or health care organisations and schools. Through collaborating with different units, we have implemented government pioneering projects such as "Integrated Discharge Support Programme for Elderly Patients" which was launched by the Labour and Welfare Bureau and the Hospital Authority, and "Care When I Can Feel - Early Intervention of Dementia Project" funded by The Community Chest, etc.
